Libby: Free Library Ebooks, Audiobooks and Magazines

Libby is OverDrive's free library reading app for borrowing ebooks, digital audiobooks and magazines from participating public libraries. The service itself does not charge a subscription, sell in-app purchases or add late fees: Libby says borrowed digital titles are automatically returned on their due dates. A valid library card is required, and access depends on whether your library uses OverDrive. Your library—not Libby—chooses the titles, formats, loan periods and borrowing limits available to you, so two readers in different cities can see very different catalogs and wait times.
