By using DealVorio, you acknowledge that deals, prices, stock, eligibility and coupon terms can change after verification and must be confirmed on the destination merchant/provider page before purchase or signup.
1. DealVorio is an information and discovery service
DealVorio organizes public information about deals, coupons, products, courses, games, apps, books, memberships, trials and other promotions. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, DealVorio is not the seller, merchant, payment processor, airline, hotel, course provider, publisher, app store or software vendor for the listed offer.
2. Offers can change
Prices, discounts, coupon codes, inventory, seller identity, shipping, taxes, subscription terms, eligibility and regional availability can change at any time. A verification timestamp reflects what DealVorio could substantiate at that point; it is not a guarantee that the merchant will continue the same terms indefinitely.
3. Merchant and provider terms are authoritative
Before purchasing, enrolling, downloading or subscribing, review the destination merchant/provider page and checkout. The third party's current terms, refund rules, privacy policy, account requirements, delivery conditions and eligibility requirements govern your transaction with that third party.
4. Coupons and promo codes
DealVorio aims not to publish guessed coupon codes. Even verified codes can be limited by account, geography, bank card, minimum spend, product selection, new-customer status or redemption quota. A code that was valid when checked may later stop working or may not apply to your account.
5. Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. DealVorio may receive compensation from qualifying purchases or signups. 6. Product and catalog information
Affiliate catalogs or user-supplied product inventories can be preserved separately from fully verified product offers. A catalog-only item must not be interpreted as a promise of current price, stock, discount, rating or merchant availability unless those facts are explicitly reverified and published as current information.
7. Acceptable use
You may use DealVorio for ordinary personal or business deal discovery. You must not attempt unauthorized access, probe private systems, interfere with service availability, misuse coupon or search features, inject malicious content, evade access controls, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
8. Intellectual property and external content
DealVorio's original branding, editorial writing, interface and original artwork remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Product names, logos, trademarks and merchant imagery belong to their respective owners. External merchant content is used only to the extent permitted for identification, verification, linking or authorized affiliate presentation.
9. No guarantee of savings or availability
DealVorio does not guarantee that a listing is the lowest price available, that a promotion will save a particular amount, that a product is in stock, or that an external service will accept an application, enrollment or transaction. Use the merchant's current information to make the final decision.
10. External services
DealVorio is not responsible for the independent availability, security, customer service, policies or conduct of third-party sites reached through outbound links. Reported merchant terms should be evaluated on the destination service before you provide personal or payment information.
11. Service and policy changes
DealVorio may change its website, content categories, policies or these terms as the service evolves. Material policy changes should be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update means you are using the service under the then-current published terms.
