Airtel Kenya's current tariff page says person-to-person transaction fees have been waived for Airtel Money customers and lists Airtel-to-Airtel transfers as free across the displayed bands up to KES 250,000. This record applies only to the Airtel Money transfer fee and does not include cash-out or unrelated services.
