FMFB-A Debit Mastercard with Free Card Issuance

The First MicroFinanceBank of Afghanistan currently lists “Free card issuance” among the features and benefits of its Debit Mastercard. The card is described for ATM withdrawals and in-store or online purchases locally and internationally, with security features including chip-and-PIN, 3D Secure and contactless support. FMFB-A’s separate current schedule of charges lists other Mastercard fees, including annual and re-issuance charges, so this record is intentionally limited to the issuance-fee waiver and does not label the card completely free.
