Andbank Card 1, 2, 3%: Up to 3% Back on Andorra Purchases

Andbank’s current Card 1, 2, 3% page describes a tiered reimbursement on domestic spending for adults living in Andorra. The card returns 1% on food and pharmacy purchases, 2% on restaurant spending, and 3% at the listed Artal, Cepsa and Elf petrol stations. Andbank states a maximum monthly reimbursement of €10 and a minimum commitment period of 18 months, and notes that reimbursements are subject to personal income tax.
