Microsoft Visual Studio Community — Free Full-Featured IDE

Microsoft currently offers Visual Studio Community as a free, full-featured development environment. Individual developers may use it to create free or paid applications. Organizations may use it without user-count limits for classroom learning, academic research and open-source contribution; in other non-enterprise organization scenarios, Microsoft permits up to five users. Enterprise organizations are restricted outside the specifically permitted academic, classroom and open-source scenarios. Users should review the current Visual Studio Community license before relying on it for organizational work.
