GitLab for Open Source: free Ultimate features + 50,000 compute minutes

GitLab’s Open Source Program gives qualifying open-source projects access to GitLab Ultimate features on GitLab.com or self-managed GitLab. The current programme includes 50,000 compute minutes under the programme’s stated cost factor. To qualify, every project in the approved namespace must use an OSI-approved open-source license, the organization cannot seek profit by selling services or paid enhancements, and both the GitLab namespace or instance and source code must be public. The benefit applies to the approved open-source namespace and does not include support. Membership must be renewed annually; otherwise the account is downgraded.
