Microsoft Power Apps Developer Plan: Free Development and Testing

Microsoft's Power Apps Developer Plan is a free non-production plan for people who want to learn, build, and test Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Microsoft currently lists three developer environments, access to prebuilt, custom, and on-premises connectors, a 2 GB Microsoft Dataverse database entitlement, and up to 750 automation-flow runs per month. Microsoft Learn states that sign-up requires a work account; people without one need to create a test tenant first. The plan is meant for development and testing rather than production deployment. When an app is ready for production, the users who run it need an appropriate Power Apps production license such as Power Apps Premium or an eligible pay-as-you-go setup. To claim the plan, sign in on the official Power Apps Developer Plan page, complete the free developer-account sign-up, and use the dedicated developer environment created for your account.
