Google Workspace 14-Day Business Suite Free Trial

Google Workspace currently starts eligible new subscriptions with a 14-day free trial for up to 10 users. Google’s current help documentation says the trial can be used to explore Workspace features such as business email, video conferencing and online storage, but payment setup must be completed before the service can be used. The payment method is not charged until the trial ends; Google notes a special India NetBanking case where a verification prepayment is required and then applied as account credit. If payment information has been added and the trial reaches its end, the paid subscription begins and Google bills according to the selected plan. Adding an eleventh user also ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so teams should not treat the 10-user trial cap as a soft limit.
