Rwanda: Hanga Hubs Ongoing 9-Month Startup Incubation and Innovation Support

Hanga Hubs is an ongoing Rwanda Information Society Authority project operating in Musanze, Rwamagana, Huye, Muhanga, Nyagatare, Rubavu and Rusizi. The programme supports early-stage, tech-enabled entrepreneurs with equipped innovation spaces, mentorship, prototyping infrastructure and a cohort-based curriculum lasting about nine months. The pathway runs from an ideation boot camp of roughly four to six weeks, through three months of pre-incubation, to six months of incubation for selected teams. Ideation is open to youth over 18 who can commit full-time; later stages select high-potential teams with proven ideas and market understanding.
