Zoom Workplace Basic free meeting plan

Zoom Workplace Basic is Zoom's free base plan for individuals who need video meetings and lightweight collaboration without paying for a subscription. Zoom currently lists Basic for one user at no cost, with meetings capped at 40 minutes and up to 100 participants. The free plan also includes Zoom Chat and basic versions of several collaboration tools, including a personal scheduling page, editable whiteboards, short Clips, mail and calendar connections, tasks, and notes; exact included extras can evolve over time. Zoom's support documentation separately confirms that almost all meetings hosted by Basic free users end after 40 minutes. This offer is the standard free plan, not a temporary coupon. Sign up through Zoom's official meeting page. Users needing longer hosted meetings, more storage, or advanced business controls should compare paid Workplace tiers.
