Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatories Free Admission

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku currently offers free admission to its north and south observatories. Tokyo's official English-language page says the viewing floors are 202 metres high and are reached by the Observatory Elevator from the first floor of Main Building No. 1. No admission fee is charged. The observatories can close at short notice because of bad weather, operational needs or other reasons, and opening schedules can differ between the north and south decks.
