Todoist Beginner Free Plan: 5 Projects, Reminders and Board Views

Todoist’s Beginner tier is currently an always-free $0 plan for personal task management. The official pricing page lists five personal projects, Smart Quick Add, task reminders, flexible list and board layouts, three filter views, one week of activity history, and integrations with email, calendars and other services. The comparison table also shows a 5 MB file-upload limit on the free tier and collaboration with up to five people per personal project. This makes Beginner suitable for everyday to-do lists, personal planning and lightweight shared projects without a paid subscription. Todoist Pro and Business add substantially higher project limits and advanced features, so users should compare the current pricing page if they need calendar layout, full history or larger uploads.
