Todoist Beginner Free Plan: $0 With 5 Personal Projects

Todoist’s official pricing page lists the Beginner plan at US$0 and describes it as free forever. The current plan includes five personal projects, Smart Quick Add, task reminders, flexible list and board layouts, three filter views, one week of activity history and integrations with services such as email and calendars. Todoist also offers paid plans with much higher project and filter limits, so the Beginner tier is best treated as an ongoing free productivity plan rather than a temporary trial. To use it, select Start for free on Todoist’s pricing page, create or sign in to an account and remain on the Beginner plan unless the additional paid features are needed.
