Transport for London’s current 18+ Student Oyster photocard page offers eligible students a 30% discount on adult-rate Travelcards and Bus & Tram Pass season tickets. Applicants must be 18 or older, live in a London borough during term time and meet TfL’s course, registered-institution or qualifying work-placement rules. TfL says applications open on September 1 each year and lists a £22 administration fee, paid by debit or credit card. The photocard does not discount ordinary pay-as-you-go fares by itself. TfL also explains that eligible Railcard holders can add a 16–25 or 26–30 Railcard discount to get one-third off certain off-peak pay-as-you-go fares and daily caps. This DealVorio record covers only the standard 18+ Student Oyster photocard benefit.
