Spotify Japan Student: 1 Month Free, Then ¥580/Month

Eligible students in Japan age 18+ who have not previously tried Premium can get one month free, then pay ¥580 per month for Spotify Premium Student.

TypeSubscription
Spotify Japan's official Student page currently advertises a one-month free trial of Premium Student followed by ¥580 per month. Eligibility is limited to students age 18 or older at supported accredited higher-education institutions, and users who have previously tried a Premium plan are excluded from the free trial. Spotify uses SheerID to verify the institution and student status and says Premium Student can be used for up to four years while eligibility requirements continue to be met. The page states that after student eligibility ends, the account can switch to Premium Standard, currently shown there at ¥1,080 per month. No fixed end date for the Student trial is published, so DealVorio does not invent one.
