Seoul Climate Card Youth Discount: KRW 7,000 Off the 30-Day Transit Pass

The Seoul Metropolitan Government’s current Climate Card page lists a KRW 7,000 discount for both youth ages 13–18 and youth ages 19–39. The standard 30-day public-transport-only Climate Card is KRW 62,000, while the youth-discount version is KRW 55,000; versions that include Ttareungi bike access or Hangang Bus have different published prices. The Climate Card covers participating Seoul public transport according to the official service-area rules. Youth discounts on physical cards require advance registration through the Tmoney Card & Pay system and the City notes that identity verification must be completed periodically to continue discounted use. Mobile-card charging supports bank transfer or a domestic credit/debit card issued in the user’s name.
