Proton Drive Free offers up to 5 GB of encrypted cloud storage

Proton Drive currently offers a Free plan for people who want privacy-focused cloud storage without a paid subscription. Proton’s official Drive pricing page lists 5 GB of storage for photos and documents, online document and spreadsheet editors, and end-to-end encryption. Proton’s support documentation adds an important detail: a new Free account can start with 2 GB of Drive storage and reach up to 5 GB after completing the Drive-specific getting-started actions. The free tier is intended for individual use and does not include the larger storage allowances or premium recovery features of paid Drive plans. No coupon code is needed. This DealVorio record describes the standard Proton Drive Free tier, not a temporary paid-plan discount, and users should check the official page for current account eligibility and storage conditions before signing up.
