Notion’s official education documentation confirms a free Education Plus Plan for individual students and teachers at accredited colleges and universities recognized in the World Higher Education Database. Eligible users must sign in with their educational institution email, be on Notion’s Free Plan, use a one-member workspace, and upgrade from the desktop or web app. The individual education workspace supports up to 100 guests, unlimited uploads and 30-day page history. K-12 students and educators do not qualify for this higher-education Plus offer, although Notion states they can still use its separate Free Plan.
