Moov Africa Benin's current Fidelis page describes a loyalty program joined through *133#. New members receive 20 welcome points. The provider says points accrue at 5% of eligible overall consumption, remain valid for 12 months and can be converted after three months of seniority into call bonuses, internet bonuses or eligible devices.
