Lyft Price Lock: One Month Free for New Users

Lyft currently lets new Price Lock users try the feature free for one month. Price Lock is designed for riders who regularly travel between the same pickup and drop-off points around a similar time: the rider chooses a route and a one-hour request window, and Lyft caps the eligible ride price during the pass period. The regular Price Lock fee is currently $2.99 per month, and Lyft's help center says the pass is available only in Lyft-operated cities in the United States. The help documentation also states that a pass can provide up to $50 in savings per month before market pricing applies and normally renews monthly. Lyft's current promotional page says new Price Lock users can cancel at any time. Availability and the actual locked ride price depend on the route and city shown in the app.
