KLM Student Fares: Extra 23 kg Bag and Fee-Free Flight Changes

KLM currently offers a dedicated Student passenger type on eligible bookings. The published conditions require travelers to be 18–29 years old, enrolled full time at an educational institution, travel in Economy Class and book a trip lasting at least 21 days. Student fares are not available on every flight or destination. KLM says eligible student tickets include one additional checked item of up to 23 kg compared with the lowest regular fare and can be changed without a change fee, although any fare difference remains payable. Refunds are permitted subject to KLM's stated cancellation fees, and students should carry a passport plus English-language proof such as a student visa, acceptance letter or student ID for airport checks. No fixed percentage saving is published, so DealVorio does not claim one.
