Hong Kong Airport Express: Students Get 50% Off Through August 31, 2026

MTR’s current Airport Express summer promotion gives eligible students 50% off Octopus fares on Airport Express journeys between Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station and Airport Station. The official terms set the promotion period from July 1 through August 31, 2026, during normal Airport Express operating hours. Eligibility is limited to passengers aged 12 to 25 who are enrolled in a full-time day course at an acceptable Hong Kong institution, participate in the MTR Student Travel Scheme and use a valid Personalised Octopus carrying Student Status. The Octopus must have a positive balance, and the discount is applied automatically when the eligible card passes the ticket gate. The promotion is not described as a discount for all students worldwide or for every Airport Express journey, so DealVorio preserves the specific age, education, station and Octopus requirements.
