Figma Starter Plan: Free Design Workspace with Drafts, Collaboration and AI Credits

Figma currently offers its Starter plan at $0 for individuals and very small teams that need a basic design and collaboration workspace. Figma’s official pricing page lists unlimited drafts, UI kits and templates, plus an AI-credit allowance for Starter users. Its pricing FAQ adds that users can share files from their personal drafts with unlimited viewers and can co-edit with unlimited users on up to three team files, with limits on pages per team file. The free tier is useful for learning product design, prototyping personal projects, reviewing design files and collaborating on small projects, but it does not include the full team organization and advanced tooling of paid plans. To use it, create or sign in to a Figma account and choose the Starter plan. Paid seat options remain separate and are only necessary if you need the additional Professional, Organization or Enterprise capabilities.
