Far Cry 6 has an official free trial

Ubisoft currently offers an **official free trial for Far Cry 6**, giving players a way to explore the open-world shooter before deciding whether to buy it. The trial lets players enter Yara, experience the game's combat and exploration systems, and test the game through supported platforms.

Ubisoft states that progress made during the free trial is saved, so players who later purchase Far Cry 6 can continue their campaign rather than starting over. Epic Games Store also has an official Far Cry 6 Free Trial listing for Windows, providing another verified route to access the trial.

To try it, use Ubisoft's official free-trial page or the Epic Games Store trial listing, sign in with the required platform/Ubisoft account, and download the trial. Availability can vary by platform and region; no coupon code is required.
