DoorDash announced a current 2026 college-football-season promotion giving college students nationwide in the United States free Student DashPass. DoorDash’s official support FAQ states that the offer is available for a limited signup period from 17 August 2026 through 12 October 2026 and describes the selectable plan as Free Student DashPass for 1 year. Students must successfully verify enrollment through DoorDash’s verification partner, SheerID. The FAQ says that after the free 12-month period, the membership transitions to the discounted Student DashPass price of $4.99 per month plus tax unless the user changes or cancels according to the applicable terms. Standard DashPass eligibility, merchant minimums and other service terms still apply.
