ConectCar Plano Completo — 100% off the monthly fee for one year

ConectCar’s current consumer plans page advertises its Plano Completo with 100% off the monthly fee for one year. The provider also states that shipping and the activation fee are free for this plan, and that the recurring monthly fee becomes R$17.90 from the 13th month. The tag can be used on supported toll roads, Free Flow and participating parking facilities under the provider’s normal service rules. ConectCar labels the one-year waiver as a limited-time offer but does not publish a deterministic campaign closing date on the checked current pages, so no end timestamp has been invented.
