Autodesk Fusion for Personal Use: Free 3-Year CAD License for Eligible Hobbyists
Autodesk currently provides a free, limited Fusion personal-use license for qualifying home-based, non-commercial users who stay below the published annual revenue threshold.
TypeApp
Autodesk Fusion for Personal Use is an official free licensing option for qualifying hobbyists and other individuals doing home-based, non-commercial design, manufacturing and fabrication projects. Autodesk says the personal-use license is free for three years and is limited to users generating less than US$1,000 annually from the relevant activity. It is a reduced-feature version of commercial Fusion: Autodesk lists limits in areas such as CAM, electronics and PCB tools, drawings, data management, support and import/export formats. It must not be used for primary employment, company environments or commercial training. To redeem it, sign in or create an Autodesk account from the Fusion for Personal Use page and follow the personal-license registration flow. Autodesk support also notes that a new installation can initially enter a 30-day commercial trial before switching to the limited personal license.
