Asana Personal Free Plan: Unlimited Tasks and Projects for Up to 2 Users

Asana Personal is Asana’s current free tier for individual work and very small-team task management. Asana lists the plan at $0 and describes it as free forever. Current signups can use up to two seats per project and team, create unlimited tasks and projects, switch between list, board and calendar views, and connect with more than 100 integrations. Asana also lists unlimited file storage with a 100 MB maximum per file. The free tier is a practical option for personal planning, side projects and two-person collaboration, while features such as custom fields, timeline/Gantt views and broader team capacity are reserved for paid tiers. Check Asana’s pricing page before signup because packaging and limits can change over time.
