Careem Pay HALAGIFT: AED 40 Hala Ride Cashback on First Transfer
First-time Careem Pay Send Abroad users in the UAE can use HALAGIFT on an eligible first international transfer of AED 1,000 or more and receive AED 40 wallet cashback for a Hala Taxi ride.
Careem's official Send Money FAQ confirms the HALAGIFT campaign for eligible UAE customers using Careem Pay Send Abroad for the first time. To qualify, the first global transfer must be at least AED 1,000 and the customer must enter HALAGIFT while making the transfer. After the successful transfer is completed and validated, Careem says AED 40 cashback is credited to the Careem Pay wallet for use on the customer's next Hala Taxi ride.
The offer is only for a customer's first global transfer through Careem Pay, and the code can be used once. Careem lists the campaign as running from December 18, 2024 through December 31, 2026. Supported destination countries are listed in the FAQ and can change as Careem expands the service, so users should check the current Send Abroad screen before initiating a transfer.
HALAGIFT is entered at the money-transfer checkout, not at Hala ride checkout. After the reward reaches the wallet, select the wallet as the payment method for the next Hala ride. Transfer fees and exchange rates should still be compared before sending money; the AED 40 ride credit should not be treated as a reason to accept an unfavorable transfer rate.
